Description: The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) is soliciting proposals for outside legal counsel for New Markets Tax Credits transactions. The selected firm will represent and advise PIDC in the capacity of outside counsel on New Markets Tax Credits transactions

NON-COMPETITIVELY BID CONTRACTS WITH PIDC
Recent City legislation regarding Political Campaign Contributions may affect your eligibility to contract for services, supplies, or construction with PIDC.

If you, as an individual, have contributed more than $2500, in a calendar year to a candidate for nomination or election to any City office, or to an Incumbent, you may be ineligible to receive non-competitively bid contracts funded by the City through PIDC in excess of $10,000. If your business has contributed more than $10,000, in a calendar year to a candidate for nomination or election to any City office, or to an Incumbent, you may be ineligible to receive non-competitively bid contracts funded by the City through PIDC in excess of $25,000.
