Project Name: Gap Financing Loan Fund
Description: PIDC, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is requesting loan applications for the Gap Financing Loan Fund. This Loan Program will provide financing for projects that are ready to proceed but for the requested gap financing. The intent of Gap Financing is to stimulate community-based economic development projects

Project Name: Greenworks Loan Fund
Description: PIDC and TRF, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, are requesting loan applications for the Greenworks Loan Fund. The objective of the Loan Fund is to promote energy efficiency and conservation, create/retain jobs, stimulate economic development, and leverage private investment.

Project Name: City of Philadelphia Recovery Zone Facility Bond Program
Description: The City of Philadelphia has selected the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID") as the program administrator and conduit issuer of the City’s $12.986 million allocation of tax-exempt Recovery Zone Facility Bonds ("RZFBs"). PAID, through this Notice of Funding Availability, is accepting applications from private businesses interested in utilizing RZFBs to finance capital projects in the City.

NON-COMPETITIVELY BID CONTRACTS WITH PIDC
Recent City legislation regarding Political Campaign Contributions may affect your eligibility to contract for services, supplies, or construction with PIDC.

If you, as an individual, have contributed more than $2500, in a calendar year to a candidate for nomination or election to any City office, or to an Incumbent, you may be ineligible to receive non-competitively bid contracts funded by the City through PIDC in excess of $10,000. If your business has contributed more than $10,000, in a calendar year to a candidate for nomination or election to any City office, or to an Incumbent, you may be ineligible to receive non-competitively bid contracts funded by the City through PIDC in excess of $25,000.
