The City of Philadelphia, through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, has been charged with implementing a new Developer Services Program. The Program is an important resource available to developers of major projects - 25 units or 50,000 square feet of gross floor area - including new construction and/or conversions. This multi-step program will assist developers in the approval and regulatory process, as well as the coordination of utilities and required public infrastructure improvements.
