Stormwater Management Incentives Program - Business Improvement District Grant

The City of Philadelphia, through the Philadelphia Water Department (“PWD”) and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (“PIDC”), created the Stormwater Management Incentives Program - Business Improvement District Grant (“SMIP BID Grant”) to offer assistance to non-residential PWD customers. This program offers grant funding to Business Improvement Districts, Neighborhood Improvement Districts, or Special Services Districts to explore how they can collectively manage stormwater from multiple non-residential parcels.
