Development Consulting

Drawing on decades of expertise in planning and implementing development of Philadelphia’s most prominent projects, e.g. Stadiums, Kimmel Center, PIDC offers a comprehensive consulting service to public and private clients on complex, large-scale developments in the city. In addition, the City of Philadelphia offers the Development Services Program, an efficient, centralized forum to review and to coordinate project plans with key City officials.  PIDC also works closely with the Minority Business Enterprise Council to facilitate participation in this important Administration initiative.
